Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a product label appearing in the color cream bearing the word "ENTRECÔTE" in black shadow letters, having above a crossed knife and fork in black and the wording "GOURMET PÈRE & FILS" in black above it. Below is a black double line, a rendering of a cleaver in black, and the wording "a wine for gastronomic adventures" in black below the double line; and below that is a pepper mill in brown and gold, vegetation with brown stems and green and white leaves and flowers, a hexagonal outline stamp in red with an image of a steer and the wording "100% quality", all in red; an image of a white wine glass with red wine therein; over the wine glass stem is a black banner with gold trim and the wording "MERLOT CABERNET SAUVIGNON" in gold with a gold diamond on either side of the wording; below this is a disc having gray edges and a black center with the wording "GOURMET PÈRE & FILS" and "PRODUIT DE FRANCE" in white with three gold stars in between and a gold line on either side of the stars; the disc sits on a red horizontal band. The wording "75cl" and "13% Vol." appear in black above the red band. On the left side of the middle of the label are three paragraphs. The first is all in the color black and depicts a hand with a pointing finger and the wording "MEDIUM RARE LAY SOME NICELY MARBLED SLICES OF ENTRECOTE IN A PAN OR ON A GRILL. FRY 2-3 MIN ON EACH SIDE, SLIGHTLY CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE, JUICY AND RED ON THE INSIDE. SERVE VIBRANT AND STEAMING". The second paragraph appears entirely in the color black and depicts a small black arrow to the right of which is the heading "THE CHEF'S TRICK", and below "SAFE: BEARNAISE OR CAFÉ DE PARIS. YOUR WAY". The third paragraph depicts a black banner with the wording "FRITES" in cream color, below which is a rectangle border formed from small circles. Below this paragraph appears the wording "GOOD WINE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE TOO SERIOUS", all in the color black.
