The mark consists of a circular shaped stylized wave design with three portions and featuring in the center a fanciful sailboat and wave design comprised of a boat hull outline and mast in gray, the top sail in blue, the bottom sail in dark blue, and a wave in blue and the terms "EMPLOYEE PRINCIPLES 1.
