Description of Design Search

This mark consists of a group of moving five fanciful figures which are each in the shape of the lower case letter "e", a fanciful dog which is in the shape of the lower case letter "e", Applicant's registered E EGAMES and Design mark, and Applicant's registered EGAMES WHERE THE E IS FOR EVERYBODY mark. The movement is comprised of the figure wearing a baseball cap and holding a basketball comes into view from the bottom left and disappears, then the figure with ponytails comes into view from the bottom right and disappears, then the figure wearing a baseball cap and holding a basketball comes into view from the left, then the figure with ponytails comes into view on a skateboard from the right, then the dog figure comes into view from the bottom, then the figure who will be holding the baby comes into view from the right, then the baby figure which is wrapped in a blanket comes into view from the top, then the E and Design mark comes into view from the top, then the figure wearing a tie comes into view from the left, then the EGAMES mark comes into view under the figures, then the WHERE THE E IS FOR EVERYBODY mark come into view and the movement ends with the figure with ponytails popping bubble gum and the dog figure is wagging its tail. At the end of the movement, the figure on the far left is wearing a tie; the figure immediately to the right is wearing a baseball cap and holding a basketball; the figure immediately to the right has ponytails and is standing on a skateboard; the dog figure is to the immediate right; and the figure to the far right is holding a baby figure which is wrapped in a blanket.
