The mark consists of a mortarboard hat with tassel that is dark orange on the left becoming slightly lighter orange toward the middle of the hat with a white curve entering the hat next to the tassel; from the middle of the hat to the right side is blue, being darker blue on the top and gradually lighter blue toward the bottom of the hat, the right side also has four elongated white triangular shapes with the broad end toward the top and narrowing toward the bottom of the hat, the triangles angle slightly left top to bottom right; to the right of the mortarboard hat is the phrase "EDUCOMMEXPO" in shaded text, the large capital "E" is light orange on the top half and darker orange on the bottom half, the smaller capital "DU" is light orange on the top half and darker orange on the bottom half, the large capital letter "C" is light blue on the top half and darker blue on the bottom half and turning slightly lighter at the very bottom, the smaller capital "OMM" is light blue on the top half and darker blue on the bottom half turning and turning slightly lighter at the very bottom; the letters "EXPO" are light gray on the top half and dark gray on the bottom half; the phrase "See the Future of Campus Communications" is in gray text and appears centered below the phrase "EDUCOMMEXPO".
