Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized image of a man with reddish-brown hair and black eyebrows wearing a blue and white vertically striped sleep cap, with a blue eighth note decoration dangling from the top of the cap, and a blue night shirt outlined and highlighted in black, with two black and white buttons, one of which appears above the man's left hand, and the other of which appears below his left hand. The man holds a silver, black, and white pocket watch dangling from a black chain in his right hand and a yellow mug, highlighted in black and white in his left hand. The mug bears a black design consisting of the top of a coffee mug, below which appears the bottom portion of a circular saucer bordered by lines and five-pointed stars, and above which appear an arc of the top portion of the saucer on which are superimposed wings, the words "CLASSIC ROCK" in uppercase letters, and a flame arising from behind the saucer and the words "CLASSIC ROCK"; with the words "COFFEE CO." appearing in uppercase letters in a banner forked on both ends below the mug, with the forked ends of a banner bearing the image of a guitar extending outward from both sides of the mug, and with coffee beans appearing below the banner bearing the words "COFFEE CO." The cup contains black coffee, with white steam wafting upward from the cup. The man's skin is toned in shades of light tan, light red, purple, and yellow and is outlined and detailed in black. Behind the man is a background of gold and light gold concentric partial rings emanating from behind the man's right hand. Superimposed on the background are five-point stars of various sizes in white. The mark is surrounded by an ornate blue frame outlined and highlighted in light blue, gold, gray, and white, with a black and white eye superimposed on a white four-point star superimposed on and near the top of the blue frame. Also superimposed on the background is a brown rectangle with rounded corners outlined in white and black and bearing the word DECAF in white block letters and gold lined diamonds at each end of the word. Superimposed across the image at the top are the words "DREAM WEAVER" in stylized block letters in variegated shades of gold and white, outlined and highlighted in black, with blue shadowing. Artistic curves in gold with black highlighting and shadowing is above the word "DREAM" and three gold stars of varying sizes, shadowed in black, below the "D" in "DREAM" and to the left of the "W" in "WEAVER".
