Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stacked, stylized wording DRAIN GENIE in silver capital letters outlined in green with white sparkling highlights.  The end leg of the last letter "E" in GENIE is partially covered by a gray pipe joint which connects to a straight, horizontally-arranged gray pipe underneath. The pipe features the wording "PLUMBING SERVICES" in green capital letters with white highlights outlined in black.  Green smoke is emanating from the left side of the pipe forming up into a caricature of a smiling green male genie that is muscular in nature with a bald head, black eyebrows, black and white eyes, white teeth, and a black mustache and beard. The genie is wearing a gold earring in one ear, a black vest, gold armbands with black highlights, and a gold tool belt outlined in black featuring a silver belt buckle. The tool belt has a variety of tools in its pockets, the tool on the far right being a silver socket wrench, followed by a green-handed screwdriver outlined in black, and the tool on the left being a green-handled screwdriver outlined in black followed by a yellow tape measure outlined in black with red-handled pliers behind it. A gray stick outlined in black is hanging from the genie's left side behind the tool belt, and a yellow coil of rope is hanging from the genie's right side behind the tool belt. The genie is holding a large gray wrench outlined in black in one hand appearing to smile at it.  The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
