Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized wording "DR. SIERRA MAGNETS" with the wording and period in "DR. SIERRA" in red, directly below the wording "DR. SIERRA" is the word "MAGNETS" in red, green and grey, specifically, the letter "M" consists of two reversed horseshoe magnet shapes, one in red with two black endings separated by a space in white and half of another horseshoe magnet in green, with one black ending separated by a space in white, the letters "AGNETS" are in grey with a dark gray line contouring each letter. The wording "DR. SIERRA MAGNETS" has a green line above and below, forming a broken rectangle frame. A green contoured circle with white spaces is in the top line at the center. Inside the circle there is an earth globe. The globe is green with white continents, with multiple concentric red curved lines over the globe with black arrow tips at the end of the red lines. There is a diagonal black line appearing over the center of globe, with a black letter "N" at the top of the line and a black letter "S" at the bottom of the line. Just below the word "Magnets" and the lower green line of the frame are the words in black "MAGNETIC PRODUCTS FOR HEALTH". All other white in the mark is background and not a claimed feature of the mark.
