The mark consists of The literal element "DOG HOUSE PARTIES" in an upward arching manner wherein the letters are in rainbow colors from left to right in purple to blue and above a stylized design of a circular patch of green grass upon which is an orange dog, a grey dog, a brown dog, a grouping of presents, and a purple doghouse with a grey roof; said grey dog is on the right hand side of the circular patch and wearing a blue collar with a yellow bell, is leftward facing, and standing on its back legs in a humanlike pose; said grey dog is also smiling and holding a yellow box with a blue ribbon in its right paw; said brown dog is sitting on all fours in the center of the circular patch wearing a blue collar and a pink, green and blue conical hat; said grouping of presents is composed of a small yellow box with green dots and ribbon, a larger blue box with pink ribbon, and a taller yellow box with green stripes and a red ribbon; said grouping of presents is on the left side of the circular patch and in front of the purple doghouse; said orange dog is upright and on the left hand side of the circular patch but behind the purple doghouse with its tail in the air and its left and right paws outstretched; the orange dog is standing in a cloud of blue, purple and green confetti with its left paw holding a green balloon with a red pawprint, a red balloon with a purple pawprint, and a purple balloon with a green pawprint.
