The mark consists of the wording "DELAWARE INTERSCHOLASTIC CYCLING LEAGUE" inside an oval. The oval is outlined in white. The word "DELAWARE" is centered in the middle of the oval in white, with a drop shadow of the word in dark blue. The word "INTERSCHOLASTIC" is centered in the middle of the top portion of the oval in white. The words "CYCLING LEAGUE" are centered in the middle of the bottom portion of the oval in white. There is an inner white oval and an inner light blue white oval used to create a border. There are two white diamonds on the left and right hand side of the word "DELAWARE". The background of the oval is yellow. The bottom and middle portion of the background has 2 layers of stylized forest silhouettes, one in dark blue and one in light blue. The remaining color white represents background, outlining, shading and or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
