Description of Design Search

The mark consists of The upper half of a tan-colored, male figure with a black mustache centered inside a red circular area that has a black border. He is wearing a blue shirt; a yellow, brown and black cowboy hat and a tan and brown apron with a black nametag with white letters reading "DAVE". He is holding three white plates which from left to right are centered below the male figure and are leaning outward. The left plate contains a bed of green lettuce and sitting on the lettuce are a brown and white rack of ribs and a brownish-red hamburger inside a yellow bun that also contains a yellow piece of cheese and green lettuce. The middle plate has a green bed of lettuce on which rests a red crab, a blue fish with a pink mouth and white eye, topped with yellow lemon slices and four pink and white shrimp. The right side plate has a bed of green lettuce on which rests two yellow ears of corn and a brown and white baked potato with yellow butter sitting on top. Above the entire picture are red capital letters stating "DAVE'S", below which are yellow, orange and red blended color capital letters which state: "RUB-A-DUB-DUB".
