Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized wording "COUNTRY SMOOTHY AND MORE" wherein the term "COUNTRY" is in green, "SMOOTHY" is in purple, and "AND MORE" is in green. To the left of the wording is a depiction of certain fruits. There is an orange and yellow pineapple with a green stem, yellow bananas with a green top, three red strawberries with green leaves, a red apple that has a green leaf and a brown stem, and an orange-colored orange slice appearing in front of a second orange. To the right of the fruit is a green and white checkered cup with a purple straw. All of the foregoing appears superimposed on a purple square with rounded edges that has a white border and a thin gray outline. The color white appearing outside the outline of the square and fruit design represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
