The mark consists of a solid oval, gold on the outside and black in the center. The black stylized words "CONSUMERS' CHOICE AWARD" are written along the top of the oval, on the gold outer portion and the burgundy stylized words "FOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE" are written on the bottom of the oval in the gold outer portion. In the black center, around the sides and bottom are gold decorative laurel leaves. Centered at the top of the black area is a gold star. In the middle of the black area is a silhouette of a city skyline edged in a gold glow. The upper part of the black oval center is gray simulating a glossy bevel shape.. Behind the described oval is a wavy burgundy ribbon with gold stripping along the edge and gold stars at either end. Below the oval are the black stylized words "THE STANDARD YOU CAN TRUST".
