Description of Design Search

The mark consists of two bands, the top consisting of the words "CODIO CIGARS" in black and "IMPORTED" in gold on a white rectangle, the rest of the top band conisting of a black middle part with the white words "CODIO CIGARS" with a red, white, and blue rectangular design above the words, two gold laurel leaves on either sides of the words "CODIO CIGARS," gold and green stylized fields below the words, "SINCE 1972" in white over a red background with a gold border and two gold circles on either sides of the words, three gold stylized tobacco leaves on top and six gold dots on top. On the left side of the middle circle are three gold and brown circles, the first one containing a brown arch design, the middle circle containing a brown man's portrait, and the third cirlce containing a brown building and a flag. To the right of the middle circle are three gold circles outlined in brown, the first one containing a design of a brown and gold drum, the middle circle containing a brown stylized bird, and the third circle containing a stylized design of a brown church. The circles have red, white, and blue background interspersed with black. Below the circles is a white background with gold ornate decorative elements. Below the white band is a gold line, then a black line, then vertical gold ovals, then a black line, then a gold line, then a black band with gold circles, then a gold line, then a black band with the gold words "HAND MADE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC" in gold with a gold horizontal line on either sides of the words, then below that is a gold line, then a black band with gold circles, then a gold line, then a black band with gold vertical ovals. Below this first band is another band outlined in gold top and bottom, then blue bands with gold circles, then gold band, all surrounding a navy blue band containing the gold words "DON CODIO" and gold ornate decorative elements.
