Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized pink pig wearing a yellow shirt, blue overalls and a brown cowboy hat with a gray band. The pig is ringing a gray triangle musical instrument and is smiling, showing white teeth and its eyes and top portion of the head are covered by the cowboy hat. Behind the pig to the left is a brown covered wagon with a red covering that is pink and black on the inside and in between the wagon and the pig is a campfire featuring a grouping of white stones and red and yellow flames. To the right of the pig is a gray grill cooking red ribs with white bones atop yellow flames. All of this appears on a black ground with a blue sky with white stars and a yellow sun above it, with all of the foregoing enclosed within a circle border featuring a red inner outline and a white outer line. The wording "CHUCK'S WAGON" appears in a white banner that is outlined in black over the top of the circle, with the top half of the wording appearing in red and the lower bottom portion of the wording appearing in yellow, with said words outlined in white and black.
