The mark consists of a design of a circular seal with wording and designs. At the top, the wording "CHOPPER COPPERS" appears within a quarter circle band. Below this band, there is a full circle inside which the wording "LAW ENFORCEMENT" appears around the top and "MOTORCYCLE CLUB" around the bottom. In the center of the circle, there is a checker-band circle, and inside that there is a design of a skeleton. On the skull there is a helmet with a police star badge. The skeleton's hand holds a handlebar.
