The mark consists of three squares with rounded corners next to each other. Each square is a different color and has a white tooth with a silhouette of a unique image inside each tooth. The first square on the far left is turquoise with a white tooth inside of it. Inside of the tooth is a turquoise silhouette of a girl with a ponytail on a swing. The middle square is red with a white tooth inside of it. Inside of the tooth is a red silhouette of a boy holding himself up with one hand. The third square to the far right is bright orange and has a white tooth inside of it. Inside of the tooth is a bright orange silhouette of a child with open arms. Below these squares on the middle line of the mark are the words "Children's Choice". "Children's" is in the color burnt orange and in all capital letters. "Choice" is in the color bright orange and in all capital letters. Below the words "Children's Choice" are the words "Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics" in turquoise and in all capital letters. The mark uses an ampersand (&) in place of the word "and".
