The mark consists of the wording "CHD-FA" in stylized font curving around the right side of a design of a mortar and shaded pestle. There are six connected hexagons, most incomplete, on the front of the mortar. The three hexagons in the center each contain one or more short straight lines, with the top hexagon containing lines near its top left and right sides, the lower right hexagon containing a line near its right side, and the lower left hexagon containing lines near its top right, bottom right, and left sides. Above the mortar is a design of four shaded circles in various sizes, with the largest and lowest circle partially overlapping the top of the mortar and one of the incomplete hexagons. On the top left side of the mortar, partially overlapping one of the hexagons, is a design of two large shaded overlapping leaves. To the left of the mortar and one of the incomplete hexagons, below the two shaded leaves, is a design of two small shaded circles. To the left of the small shaded circles is a design of one small shaded leaf.
