Description of Design Search

The mark is a motion mark, which consists of a gray image of a spinning automotive wheel on a car, which morphs into a cartoon-line drawing depiction, in red, of the wheel. The spinning wheel depiction rotates about an imaginary vertical axis as it spins. Red smoke forms and dissipates about the spinning wheel depiction, predominantly at the left side. Once the rotation is complete, the spinning wheel depiction dissolves into a series of six spaced-apart arc sectors, all red in color, which spin as they are formed until they are arranged to substantially define a stationary quadrant of a circle. As these arc sectors are formed, the red words "CHASSIS BRAKES" move in from the right and are formed next to the aforementioned quadrant with "CHASSIS" located above "BRAKES". Thereafter the word "INTERNATIONAL", gray in color, moves in from the right toward the quadrant until that word is positioned below the word "BRAKES". A red line is formed underneath the quadrant and the word "BRAKES". The color white, as well as the rectangles around each freeze frame, are not claimed as a feature of the mark, and are intended to show background only.
