The mark consists of literal wording at the bottom of the logo with CHARMAINE GRAY Photography where CHARMAINE GRAY is on one line in all capitals letters in black font named Agency and Photography on the second line in proper case black font named Mustang with the P in Photography aligned directly beneath the M in CHARMAINE such that Photography is slightly staggered to the right. Under CHAR in CHARMAINE and to the left of the word Photography is a single blue swish color code 03a7e0. The swish is narrow on the left and grows larger towards the right and curves very slightly downward. Above the literal text is the graphic or logo portion which spans the distance between the A in CHARMAINE and the G in GRAY. at the base of the graphic are two blue colored waves in color code 03a7e0 with white in between intended to represent the ocean. Above the 2 blue waves are two curvy lines of color code fda72e with white in between intended to represent sand or the beach. Standing on the beach is a black silhouette of a standing German Shepherd Dog facing left and the dogs tail is aligned almost to the right side of the logo and the snout of the dog ends near the center of the graphic. The black silhouette of two palm trees emerging from behind a surfboard are also on the right side of the logo directly vertically aligned above the N in CHARMAINE. The surfboard is standing upright behind the dog silhouette and the surfboard is white with a gradient of the aforementioned yellow color with the white side of the surfboard on the left and the gradient yellow on the right. Behind the surfboard is the silhouette of the 2 black palm trees. The tree on the right is taller than the tree on the left but both trees are positioned on the right side of the logo with the trunks directly behind the surfboard. The tree on the right reaches above the top right outer edge of the yellow sun and curves slightly to the right. The tree on the left just barely goes beyond the top center outer edge of the yellow sun and curves slightly to the left. Behind the palm trees surfboard and dog is the silhouette of the skyline of San Diego CA which is entirely contained by the partial setting sun which rests on the yellow sand. The San Diego silhouette is a orange brown color color code 8d564a. The bottom-most layer is the yellow sun which is circular and partially set and of yellow color code fda72e.
