The mark consists of The mark consists of five Black Eyed Susan flowers with yellow petals outlined in black with brown and dark brown centers outlined in black and brown shading on the petals, the flowers have green leaves and stems outlined in black, the flowers are wrapped in a light beige triangular backing with dark beige shading, white highlighting and black outlining, with a light beige and dark beige ribbon outlined in black and forming a banner across the stems of the flowers with the letters CBF in light beige and outlined in black with an outer border in light beige appearing in the center of the banner.
