Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a label and foil cap applied to a bottle. The label is dark grey with an overall rectangular shape. It is split in the middle by scraggly lines, such that the label is actually two separate pieces and appears torn. In the top portion of the label the word "CARNIVOR" appears in white capital letters, and directly above "CARNIVOR" appears a fanciful image of a grey dragon holding a grey spear. The top and sides of the top portion of the label, and the bottom and sides of the bottom portion of the label feature grey, fanciful flowery ornamental scrollwork. At the bottom of the bottom portion of the label is an empty, long, skinny banner outlined in grey with a dark grey interior, surrounded by grey curlicues. At the top of the bottom portion of the label are the words "CABERNET SAUVIGNON" in red, and centered below is the word "CALIFORNIA" in white. The foil cap is black and covers the top and neck of the bottle. The dotted lines outlining the shape of the foil cap and the bottle shape are intended to show the position of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
