Description of Design Search

The mark consists of two stylized horizontal lines bordered the top and bottom of the mark consisting of a line, a series of small vertical lines, a thicker line and dots inside which of wording "CAPTAIN MORGAN LIMITED EDITION SPICED RUM SHERRY OAK FINISH", where the words "CAPTAIN MORGAN" and "LIMITED EDITION" appear in stylized fonts all above the words "Spiced Rum", appearing between two horizontal lines, which are all featured above the words "Sherry Oak Finish" in stylized all-capital lettering. The wording is featured to the right of a large design of a pirate holding a sword in his right hand with his left foot raised and propped on a barrel with a skull and crossbones design on the barrel.
