The mark consists of the stylized wording "CAPA FLOR" in the center of an ornamental frame. The frame consists of two concentric elongated ovals with pointed ends at the top and bottom. Around the outside edge of the outer elongated oval are curved and curly lines and leaves. At the top pointed end of the inner elongated oval is a small shaded elongated oval with petals extending from the top. Along the inside edge of the inner elongated oval are fifteen dots on the left and fifteen dots on the right. At the bottom of the inner elongated oval are four coins above a wreath. From left to right, the coins feature a side profile of the bust of a man wearing a helmet, a man standing while holding a rod while surrounded by a wreath, a crown, and a side profile of the bust of a man wearing a crown.
