Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an orange circle design, which is bordered in black and has four, evenly spaced, black triangles protruding outward from this border, resembling a stylized compass. Also, between the black compass points/triangles are four black, curved and stylized line segments, forming an incomplete, second, external border around the orange circle design. Emanating inward from the left and right sides of the circle design are black palm tree silhouettes, with a stylized, orange-and-black barber pole design positioned between them. Superimposed on top of the palm trees and barber pole, and centered within the orange circle design, is a stylized orange-and-black banner, which is folded back at its side edges. This banner is primarily colored black, but also contains the orange, stylized wording "CALI COAST". Centered underneath the barber pole design is the black, vertically stacked wording "BARBERSHOP EST. 2016", with the word "BARBERSHOP" being both larger than, and positioned above, the wording "EST. 2016". Underneath this wording, at the bottom of the circle design, is black shading resembling a stylized wave/ripple of water. The unenclosed white space that appears in the mark drawing represents background only, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
