Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a literal portion "Morning Star" written in stylized letters. The counter of the "O" of "Morning" comprises a stylized skull rotated approximately 45 degrees from the vertical, with a white shadowing around the sides of the skull and under the upper jaw, wherein the shadowing resembles a crescent moon. The literal portion "Morning Star" is centered vertically in the mark below and to the left of a perspective view of a stylized flail, comprising a portion of a short wooden handle connected to a spiked metal head by a chain. The handle has stylized leather wrapping around the shaft. The end of the handle has a crimped metal ball connecting one end of the chain to the handle. The other end of the chain is connected to the spiked metal head. The spiked metal head is round with multiple and variously spaced and directed spikes protruding from the round head. A literal portion "Breakfast IPA" written in standard script is right justified beneath the edged portion of the weapon. A literal portion "Calavera" also in stylized letters is centered at the top of the mark. The open counter of the letter C is quartered, the upper left quadrant contains the letter "b", the upper right and lower left quadrants each contain a letter "e," and the lower right quadrant contains the letter "r".
