The mark consists of a circle that includes a silhouette of a horse head and partial neck in outline form with the neck being curved, and the mouth of the horse directed to the bottom of the circle and an ear of the horse directed to the right of the circle, and a silhouette of a person including the persons's head, neck and partial torso, including long hair, a face with an eye, an eyebrow, a nose, and there is a hat on the person's head and the silhouette of the person is to the left of the horse silhoutte next to the partial neck. There is a stylized crescent shape below the silhouette of the person spanning from the hat to the ear of the horse and generally following the shape of the bottom half of the circle. The words "CAFÉ ESMÉ" are above the curved neck of the horse and the words "COFFEE", "JUICE", and "TEA" are located below the crescent following the shape of the bottom of the circle and there is a filled circle between the words "COFFEE" and "JUICE" and there is a filled circle between the words "JUICE" and "TEA".
