The mark consists of the wording "BUILD A PET ZOOGO" and design; the design consists of a red letter "C" in which a partial orange sun appears above two side by side blue mountains; the wording "BUILD A PET" is in blue and appears in the top portion of the yellow sun; on top of the left mountain appears a gray bat with its wings spread, the bat has white eyes with black pupils, a pink nose, black eye brows and pink on the inner portion of the ears; various animals appear on lower portion of the red letter "C"; starting from the lower left portion of the red letter "C" appears: a white stork with a orange beak, blue eye, black eyebrow and blue wing tips; below and to the right of the stork appears a brown platypus with a white eye, a black pupil, a black eyebrow, gray feet and white toes; above the platypus and to the right of the stork appears the front portion of a black and white zebra with white eye outlined in blue, blue pupils, white teeth and a pink tongue; the long neck and head of a bird appears to the right of the zebra and the head and neck is pink, the beak is orange, the eyes are white and outlined in black with black pupils which are shaded in blue and the small portion of the bird's body is white; a green head and neck of a turtle and a small portion of the turtle shell appears to the right of the platypus and has white eyes outlined in black with black pupils which are shaded in blue, a blue nostril, a red mouth, and a small portion of a brown shell; to the right of the turtle appears a white lamb which has white eyes and black pupils, a pink nose, pink inner ears and a red tongue; a two toned brown bear appears to the right of the lamb and has white eyes outline in black with black pupils, black eyebrows, a dark brown nose, a red tongue and a mouth outlined in black; the head of a panda bear appears above the brown bear and below the bird and has a white face eye patches outlined in black, white eyes with pink and red pupils, black eyebrows, black ears which are pink on the inner side; a gray elephant appears to the right of the panda bear and the brown bear and has a red tongue outline in black, white eyes with black pupils surrounded by blue, and black eyebrows; above the elephant and partially to the right of the elephant appears orange and brown reticulating giraffe with a white eye and a blue pupil, and yellow ears with a pink interior; a flying parrot appears to the right of the giraffe and has blue tail feathers, wings that are blue on the tips, orange in the middle and red on the top, orange feet, a red body, a tan face and beak and a black eye; a orange lion with a brown mange appears below the parrot and the right of the elephant and has a tan snout, a yellow face and body, black whiskers, a brown nose, a pink tongue, a mouth outline in brown, a white spit below the mange, white eyes with blue pupils, brown eyebrows and a yellow eye with a pink interior; the brown squirrel appears below the lion and has one black eye; the wording "ZOOGO" is black and is superimposed across the lower portion of the letter "C" and the platypus, turtle, lamb, brown bear, elephant, squirrel and lion; a gray shadow appears below the red letter "C" and shadows the wording "ZOOGO"; the outer right portion of the first letter "O" in the term "ZOO" and the second letter "O" in the term "ZOO" has blue swirls and does the loft portion of the letter "G" in the term "GO"; the remaining white in the drawing is background and is not part of the mark.
