The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for Applicant's goods comprised of a box with a pink background featuring a design consisting of three straps in gold which crisscross the front and the top of the box. The front of the box features a pink oval design with the words LAURENT-PERRIER centered in the oval inside a decorative border. This oval design is placed on top of the criss-cross design. The oval is edged in gold with a decorative border in purple. The words CUVÉE ROSÉ in red are centered and curved above the words CHAMPAGNE in purple and LAURENT-PERRIER in black immediately below. The words MAISON FONDÉE, 1812 and BRUT in purple are centered below the words LAURENT-PERRIER.
