The mark consists of a rectangular carrier angled slightly up and to the right, being red in the center and having yellow and black outlines; within the carrier appears the stylized wording "BURGER" on the upper left in yellow with light yellow highlights, and the larger stylized wording "MONSTER" filling the main portion of the rectangle, in yellow with light yellow highlights; above the rectangular carrier and overlapping the center top portion thereof appears a design of an anthropomorphic hamburger comprising a yellow bun on top and bottom, with black outline; extending from the left and right are black arms ending in white hands resembling gloves, with black outline; on top of the upper bun appear two eyes comprising white circles outlined in black with black pupils; between the upper and lower buns appear the contents of the hamburger in a manner to appear as being within the mouth of the anthropomorphic creature, comprising two green pickle slices atop light yellow sauce running over a brown meat pattie on top of a slice of yellow cheese on top of a second brown meat pattie with red ketchup showing near the cheese, atop a green lettuce leaf with black highlights, above three small red tomato slices with light red highlights and black outline, with ketchup below and running onto the yellow bottom bun; to the right of the burger figure appear four yellow French fries outlined in black, extending from the intersection of the rectangle and the bottom bun, upwards and to the right; to the left of the burger figure appear four yellow French fries outlined in black, extending from the intersection of the rectangle and the bottom bun, upwards and to the left.
