The mark consists of three rows of celery sticks fashioned in the shape of a Christmas tree, with the bottom row containing seven celery sticks, the middle row containing six celery sticks and the top row containing three celery sticks. On top of the rows of celery sticks are chicken wings, arranged like ornaments on a Christmas tree. On the bottom row of seven celery sticks are six chicken wings, on the middle row of six celery sticks are five chicken wings and on the top row of three celery sticks are three chicken wings. On the top of the tree is a fanciful jar of hot sauce with angel wings on the sides of the hot sauce jar. As the base of the celery chicken wing Christmas tree is a fanciful jar of salad dressing containing the phrase "BUFFALO BLUE CHEESE" as a label on the jar and the wording " THE ROAMING BUFFALO ART" appearing to the right of it.
