The mark consists of the words "BROWARD", "COUNTY", "BAR", "ASSOCIATION", "FIDELITY", "TO", "LAW", "TRUTH", an ampersand "&", and the numerical display of "1925". All words are shown in all capitals. The mark as a whole is displayed as a circular object containing 3 layers. The outer most layer is prominently displayed in various shades of gold and yellow. There is a thin black line running in between the yellow and gold shades of the outer layer. The bottom right quarter of this layer of the circle is displayed in dark shades of brown and orange. The 2nd layer of the circular object is displayed beneath the outer layer of yellow, gold, brown and orange. It is shown in a dark blue shade with a darker shade near the bottom of the layer and contains the words "BROWARD", "COUNTY", "BAR", "ASSOCIATION", "1925", and 2 stars. The piece of this layer closest to the center is a gold line. The arrangement of "BROWARD 1925 COUNTY" starts from the upper-left quadrant of this layer and revolves clockwise around the 3rd layer. The arrangement of "BAR ASSOCIATION" starts at the bottom left-hand quadrant of this layer and runs down, around, and counter-clockwise to the 3rd layer. The first star is located in-between the letter "B" in "BROWARD" and the letter "B" in "BAR" and is equally spaced away from each word. The 2nd star is located in-between the letter "Y" in "COUNTY" and the letter "N" in "ASSOCIATION". Beneath the 2nd layer's gold line, the background is displayed with a dark blue background at the center that gradually turns to black as it expands closer to the edges of the circular object. The arrangement of "FIDELITY TO LAW & TRUTH" is displayed near the top portion of this 3rd layer, beneath the gold line of the 2nd layer, and centered. The arrangement of "& TRUTH" is displayed beneath the arrangement of "FIDELITY TO LAW" and centered. Down and to the left of "FIDELITY" is a leaf stem with 9 leaves attached, all in gold coloring. The stem begins around the center and left-quadrant of this layer and curves up and to the right. A second leaf stem is on the opposite side of this layer except it is positioned down and to the right of the word "LAW" and curves up and to the left. To the right of the 1st leaf stem is a depiction of a scholar sitting down, looking down at a piece of paper, while holding it partially opened and partially folded, displayed in various shades of gold, yellow, brown, and orange. To the right of this depiction is a pillar with a scale of justice resting on top of it. The pillar contains 7 round and rectangular shaped objects that form the support to the pillar. Each rectangular-shaped object gradually turns from yellow to orange as it runs from the top of the pillar to the gold line from the 2nd layer and stops once it intersects the same. The scale of justice on top of the pillar shows both scale equally balanced.
