Description of Design Search

The mark consist of two concentric black circles where the wording "Brisco County Wood Grill" appears in black, outlined in red, in a fanciful font centered around the top of the circles, and where the wording "The Great Taste of the Southwest" appears in black centered around the bottom of the circles in a different fanciful font. The background between the concentric circles is tan and one black five-pointed star on each side separates the wording therein. The background includes the wording "Est. 1998" in black on a desert background scene which consists of a blue sky, purple mountains, red, orange, and brown rocks, a green cactus, and tan and grey land. A cowboy is standing on the left of the background scene to the left of a black grill with grey smoke emanating from the grill and an orange and rust fire underneath. The silhouette of the cowboy appears in the middle of the concentric circles wearing brown and black pants, a rust and red shirt, tan and black kerchief and a black and red hat and face.
