The mark consists of the word "BREADSTAL" in black uppercase black letters in the middle with the words "FRENCH BISTROT" in black fine italic lower-case letters, except for the first letter of each word being capitalized, under. Two thin black lines are above and below the word "BREADTSAL" and wheat floret symbols in black and gold are placed in the middle of each of those lines. The background of the logo is white. In the middle, the word "BREADSTAL" is in thin black capital letters with the second letter "A" being represented by the Eiffel Tower". Over and under the word, is a thin black line. Under the word "BREADSTAL" and under the bottom black line are the words "FRENCH BISTROT" written in italic thin lower-case black letters with the first letter of each word in capital letters. Lengthwise, the word "FRENCH" is under the letters "BRE" of "BREADSTAL" and "BISTROT" under the letters "TAL" Each thin black line is divided equally by wheat floret symbols. The top one has 6 wheat florets aligned with the black line with the first three, starting from the left, having the avn facing upwards towards the left and the three others having avn facing upwards towards the right. Starting from the left, the first two florets are black, the two middle ones are gold and the last two are black. Above this first row of florets is the second row with the two middle gold florets perfectly aligned and like the bottom gold ones as well as one black one on the left and one black one of the right. Finally, there is a third row consisting only of two gold florets, perfectly aligned and like the gold florets on the first and second row. The bottom black line is equally divided by the same wheat florets pattern as the one located on the top line except that instead of facing upwards, all the florets are facing downwards.
