Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the following: a white silhouette of a woman's body outlined in black color who is laying on top of the words "BODY FAVORS". In particular, the woman's buttocks are on top of the letters "D" and "Y", and her foot is partially within the letter "O". There are black and white beads that lay across the woman's stomach area and extend down between the words "BODY" and "FAVORS". The black and white beads are shown extending even lower than the words "BODY" and "FAVORS" and the words "Waist" and "Beads", which are positioned below and to the right of the words "BODY FAVORS". Also, "Waist Beads" only has capital letters on the "W" and "B", and it uses a narrow black font for all the letters. The words "BODY FAVORS" are all capitalized in a bold black font.
