Description of Design Search

The mark consists of three women appearing as black silhouettes doing physical fitness activities. Two are wearing their hair in a bun and the center woman has her hair down. Each are barefoot and wearing skirts in a single file line. The first woman is facing to the left, and is performing a lunge with hands placed on her side. The second woman is in the middle of the other two women facing forward. She has her hair down, wearing a skirt, and is holding a barbell with two plates on it (one plate on each end of barbell), legs are spread, also barefoot and is lifting the barbell. The third and last woman has a bun in her hair, wearing a skirt, her hands are placed behind her head (arms are in a triangular position behind head), she is facing to the right and is lying on a yoga ball, face towards the ground and is performing an exercise called a back extension. Underneath the three women, is a solid pink line with the the wording, "B.O.D Fit" outlined in pink, and underneath the wording appears, "Body on Determination Fitness" in white text, inside a thick solid pink banner, all is shown upon a white background.
