Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a series of stylized motor vehicles, caricatures of people facing forward and standing among the vehicles, a stylized motorcycle helmet, and the stylized words "BlueWill's VROOM LAND" at the far right-hand side of the design. The two letter "O"s in "VROOM" are replaced by the headlights of a stylized car. In the center of the foreground are two sports cars facing forward and angled slightly towards each other. Between them are a girl and a boy. The car on the left is a purple sports car with black windows and tires, white side mirrors, hub caps, and wheel trimming, a yellow helicopter propeller on the roof, a yellow tear drop design on the hood, and two eyeballs for headlights, the whites of the eyes are on the out portion of the eye and the brown iris and the black pupils are turned inward towards each other, below each headlight is a pink panel light. The car on the right is a blue sport car with a triple white streak running down the middle of the roof and the middle of the hood. The middle white streak is wide and the two outer white streaks are narrow border lines that, upon reaching the front end of the hood, extend curve along the front of the hood. This car has black windows and tires, white side mirrors, yellow tire rims, and two eyeballs for headlights, the whites of eyes are on the out portion of the eye and the blue iris and the black pupils turned inward towards each other. A black grill runs between the eyeballs. Above the center of the black grill and in the white streak on the car's hood is an oval blue emblem containing a capitalized white letter "H". A girl, facing forward, stands to the right of the purple car. She wears a purple skirt, a pink blouse with purple polka dots and short white sleeves, and pink boots with black soles. Her face is pale pink, her hair, eyebrows and eyelashes are black, her eyes are white at the outer edges, with a brown iris and black pupils. She has a purple bow in her hair. A taller boy, facing forward, stands between the girl and the blue sports car. His hair is orange and is pointed upward. He has black goggles siting on his forehead, his eye brows and eyelashes are black, his skin is pale pink, his eyes are white at the outer edges, with a brown iris and black pupils. He is wearing white t-shirt under a red tank top with a white capital letter "A" in its center of the tank top. The white collar, short sleeves, and bottom of the t-shirt are visible. The boy is wearing blue pants and is holding one end of a blue skateboard with a white stripe down its middle and two black wheels. The other end of the skateboard is touching the ground. In the background, from left to right, are a monster truck, a monster, a little girl, a monster unicycle, three girl and boy, a tank, a fire truck, a dump truck, a three-wheeled vehicle, a fork lift, and the wording: "BlueWill's VROOM LAND". To her right is a monster unicycle facing forward with a red devil's face, orange bull's horns on the side of its face, black triangular-shaped eyes that are positioned diagonally with the narrow ends at the top, black vertical lines form teeth and a chin, a black curved bar connects the head to a red wheel cover below which sits a black tire. Another black bar extends from the right hand side of the face, like an arm, and a red and white boxing glove covers the end of this extremity. To the right of the unicycle is a heavy set boy facing forward with black hair, eyebrows and eyelashes, pale pink skin, a black and red turtle neck collar and a black, grey, and red shirt, a black belt, black pants, and black shoes. He holds one pink flower in his right hand and has another pink flower in his belt. To the boy's right are two women and a man, all of whom are facing forward and have black hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes, and pale pink skin. The first woman wears a pink dress with short sleeves, white stockings, and pink boots. The second woman, who is between the first woman and the man, wears a red dress with short sleeves, a grey belt, no stockings, and red boots. To the right of the tank is a red fire engine with black windows, black tires, red hubcaps, grey side mirrors and water canon equipment, yellow water hose nozzle, grey grill with shark-like teeth, a grey bumper, and eyeballs for headlights. The whites of eyes are on the out portion of the eyes and the orange iris and the black pupils looking toward the right. To the right of the fire engine is a green dump truck with black windows and tires, grey container and side mirrors, a green and black crane and claw, and eyeballs for headlights, the whites of eyes are on the out portion of the eyes and the green iris and the black pupils looking toward the right. To the right of the dump truck is a green three-wheeled vehicle with a black grill, steering wheel and tires, yellow, green and orange tire rims, and eyeballs for headlights, the whites of eyes are on the out portion of the eyes and the green iris and the black pupils looking toward the right. To the right of the three-wheeled vehicle and last in line is an orange fork lift with purple lifts connected by a white panel, black tires, a brown back, eyeballs for headlights, the whites of eyes are on the out portion of the eyes and the black pupils looking toward the right. Above the three-wheeled vehicle and the fork lift is the stylized word "LAND" in orange capitalized letters, above which is the stylized word "VROOM" in blue capitalized letters, the two letter "Os" are replaced by the design of car with its headlights forming the two letter "Os". The headlights are two eyeballs the whites of which are on the outer portion of the eyes and the blue iris and the black pupils are on the inside, turned inward towards each other. Above the word "VROOM", is a blue banner that rises diagonally beginning at the "V" in "VROOM" and ending at the "M" in "VROOM", inside the banner are the words "BlueWill's". The white background is not part of the mark.
