Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a caricature of a left-handed female softball player in a batting stance. The player is wearing a red visor. She has brown eyes with black eye black below them, pink-tinged skin and darker pink lips. Her hair is black in a pony tail with orange highlights towards the end. She is holding a black and blue baseball bat and is wearing blue and red batting gloves. Her uniform is white with light gray and white markings to indicate creasing and a red right sleeve with a blue undershirt extending from the player's bicep to her wrist. On the sleeve is a red, white and blue patch simulating the American flag with a white and red stylized baseball centered on the patch.
