Description of Design Search

The mark consists of three black pawns with white highlights, white outline, and black outline beyond the white in front of a diamond-shaped chess board consisting of black and white squares outlined in black with a white outer border. Along the top edges of the chess board are the words "BLACK" and "PAWN" in white stylized letters, with a white shaded circle before and after each word. "GAME" is written across the base of the black pawns in gold stylized wording, with "G" on the left pawn, "AM" on the middle pawn, and "E" on the right pawn. Surrounding the chess board, pawns, and words is a gold circle resembling a compass, with a white letter "N" at the top, a white letter "S" at the bottom, a white letter "W" on the left, and a white letter "E" on the right, in which the letters break the gold circle. There is also a small gold star-shaped emblem with a black letter "I" in the center of the middle pawn, which is wearing a gold crown. The remaining black is background and/or transparent area only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
