Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a yellow circle with black sketchy outlining around the yellow color. Inside the circle, at the top, is the name "BIZZY BEA'S" in all caps in black curving downward along the black sketchy outline within the circle. On the left side, from the top down, is the word "EST" in black script font. The center, from the top down, has an image of a brown woman with a white outline around the image. The woman has black hair, dark brown eyebrows, dark brown eyes with black pupils, white teeth, brown lips, and white highlighting. Her neck slightly shows, and below the face is the word "CHACHA" in cursive in black and outlined in white. Beneath "CHACHA" are the red words "A SWEET HEAT TANG" written in script font. Beneath "A SWEET HEAT TANG" are the words "ALL PURPOSE SEASONING" in black curving upward along the black sketchy outline. The right, from the top down, shows the year "1998" written in black script font. The color black outside of the yellow circle merely represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
