Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the stylized word "biztalk" in gold letters with shading, underlined by a thin black line, above the stylized words "with Business Expert" in black, above the stylized words "Joshua I. Smith" in dark green; and to the left of the three rows of words is a microphone outlined in black attached to a black microphone stand, with the bottom third of the microphone being black on the right two-thirds and grey on the left one-third of the bottom section, separated by a curved line, and the top two-thirds of the microphone being white with four rows of five black circles or semi-circles each, and with gray representing a shadow on the right one-fourth of the top section of the microphone; and with a thin light blue outline of a trapezoidal box around the microphone and stand, with the top one-fourth of the microphone overlapping the light blue outline; and with the microphone, stand and light blue outline set against a yellow and light green square-shaped background with rows of small yellow dots of varying sizes on and surrounding the central yellow background; and with the microphone and stand, light blue outline, and yellow background pattern all on top of a light green square, with a sprinkling of light-green dots off the light-green square on the left, right, and bottom sides of the square. All elements appear on a rectangular field of white, which represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
