The mark consists of the geometric design of a house consisting of a pentagon forming the body of the house and two quadrangles meeting at an arrow point to form the house roof. The house is made out of a United States flag design with a dark blue background and white stars on the top left quarter of the house and roof, and the remainder of the house and roof made of alternating horizontal red and white stripes. Two silhouette figures in gray are superimposed at the base of the house standing on top of the last red stripe. Silhouette figures are of a child in a sweatshirt standing on a gray rock and holding the hand of a soldier wearing army combat uniform and equipment kneeling on the ground.
