The mark consists of a circular design carrying a large stylized bus superimposed over the circle in the colors black, grey, dark grey and with black windows with purple highlights that has terms the stylized terms "BIG FISH PARTY BUS" superimposed over the bus with "BIG FISH" appearing in black and outlined in light blue and underlined with a black and light blue lacrosse stick with a skeleton of a fish in light blue, black and white above it, the fish skeleton and lacrosse stick all have a white hazy shading behind them; the terms "PARTY BUS" appear in the colors white, light blue and pink with a partial black outline with a grey border that extends around terms to enclose designs of black, white, light blue and pink cups and a martini glass with olives and a light blue, pink, purple, black and purple microphone and cord that forms the letter "B" of "Bus"; the letter "A" has a black and light blue star in the center; below these term is a design of a smaller white, grey, and black bus with grey, white and yellow lights with a grey and white shadow underneath the bus and a purple haze around it; the circular carrier design has a purple, pink, fuchsia, light blue and white outer border, a black fill color on top and bottom with purple curved lines around the smaller bus on bottom; scattered throughout the design are white four-point stars; the white area outside of the design is a transparent or background area and is not a feature of the mark.
