Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a gold frame with decorative filigrees in the four corners, and a deep red matting within the frame that is speckled with black, which surrounds an oval shaped scene. The oval scene includes a steam engine with the colors black, green, red, blue, gold and white, with trailing gray smoke, pulling a green and yellow coal car and two yellow passenger cars each with brown, green, red, and black detailing. A train station in the foreground with a tan, brown and yellow station house and brown platform upon which six passengers in period costumes, blue, red, yellow, and pink in color, await arrival of the train, along with a ticket agent wearing blue in a window of the train station. The scene further includes a small brown and white dog running parallel to brown and gray trains tracks along the path of the arriving train, a ringing gold bell set in a bell tower of a small white building with a blue roof and brown doors located on the far side of the train tracks and green trees, green and brown meadow, gray mountains, and blue sky set in the background behind the small building. The words "Bells & Whistles" appear in white above the oval scene on the deep red matting and the word "Snackery" appears in white below the scene on the matting.
