The mark consists of the letters and ampersand "B&D" located in a red circle in the top left corner of the mark and an alligator in dark green, light green, and bright green, with a black outline, wearing red flip flops with a black outline, wearing a red shirt with a yellow leaf print, a yellow hat with a red brim also with a black outline, black sun glasses with a small white reflection of light, he has a khaki cup with a red interior and yellow straw in one hand and is balancing a red tray with a mustard tan and red bun, dark brown burger, yellow cheese, red tomatoes, green lettuce and mustard tan and red bun top with two flecks of green garnish; there is dark brown grass behind his shoulder and his foot, and there are two light brown cattails behind his shoulder; he is balanced on top of the word "BURGERS" in which the letters are blue and his tail makes part of the letter "G"; at the very bottom right of the mark are the words and ampersand in red "BAR & GRILL".
