Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an illustration of a pirate head with tan skin, black side burns, black goatee, white teeth, black eye patch over his left eye, with white and brown right eye outlined in black wearing a red bandana and gold hoop earring in his right ear. To the right of the pirate are two palm tan palm trees with brown coconuts and green leaves. Below the pirate are the stacked stylized words "BARBADOS JACK" in white. The words are stacked between three orange lines over a green background. The pirate head and palm trees appear over a yellow background with two arched red lines appearing on the top of the yellow background. The bottom red line has a scalloped lower edge.
