Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom of the design has three rectangular label-like devices that appear in dark yellow and contain the words "BANANA MONTANA" in white in each rectangular design. The center label design also contains, on the left and right side, the words "AL FAKHER" in gray above Arabic characters, and the wording "SPECIAL EDITION" below in black color and within a gray rectangle. A crown, circle, and banner design is above the term "AL FAKHER", and the circle contains Arabic characters, and the banner contains the wording "AL FAKHER", all in gray and dark yellow color. Above the dark yellow labels are numerous dark yellow bananas which have brown portions located at the top and bottom of each piece of fruit. A light yellow stripe is imposed on each banana design. Also located throughout the design are hollowed coconuts in which the outer portion is brown and the inner portion is gray and white. Three backgammon boards are located on the design, the frame of which are brown and the board is tan with black triangles. There are playing pieces that appear on each board in the color beige. There appears to be random round beige playing pieces spread out throughout the overall design. Also interspersed throughout the design are green leaves and white dice which have black indicia. Located at the bottom of the design are two white hookahs which have white circular bubbles emanating therefrom. There are other circular bubbles in groups located throughout the design. A light yellow vine like strand appears to connect the hookah devices.
