Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the caricature of a monkey in forward facing profile holding a banana bunch at the center of the image with the monkey's fur, ears, legs, arms, and upper part of the tail in brown and the face, inner ears, belly, hands, feet, and lower part of the tail in beige, and the banana bunch being in yellow with black detail lining. The monkey's eyes appear in white outlined in black with black pupils containing a white circular accent in the top right portion of the pupil. The monkey's open smile is outlined in black with white teeth also outlined in black. The monkey's nostrils are black shaded ovals with black curved half circles above them. All of the foregoing are superimposed atop a circle at the center of the image with the circle consisting of a brown exterior line beneath which lies a white interior line, and with a shaded yellow center. Beneath the monkey caricature's feet lies a polygonal banner shape consisting of a brown exterior line, a white interior line, and a shaded brown center superimposed across the bottom of the circle, inside of which lies the word BANANA in a yellow stylized in all uppercase letters with three layers of colored outlining, with the exterior outlining in black, the first inner layer outlining in green, and the innermost outlining in red, directly beneath which lies the word CLUB in a second smaller white stylized font with three layers of colored outlining, with the exterior outlining in black, the first inner layer outlining in beige, and the innermost outlining in red, taken together the literal elements form the combined phrase BANANA CLUB in two stylized fonts.
