The mark consists of design features of the packaging; the configuration of the packaging itself, represented by dotted lines, is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the stylized wording "BARCEL" in white lettering above the stylized wording "POTATO CHIPS" in white lettering above the stylized wording "JALAPENO FLAVOR BURST" in yellow lettering with all of the foregoing over an green banner with the top and bottom edges in black shadowing.
