The mark consists of a design of a shield surrounded by a white border that is outlined in blue and has a blue shaded top interior portion that also features a grey sunburst design and the wording "ARMATUS" in white, capital block letters appearing over the grey sunburst design. A yellow banner with a white border on its top and bottom traverses across the middle of the entire shield and has the wording "REINTEGRATION PROGRAM" in its center in blue. On the right and left sides of the yellow banner are its detached ends that are yellow with blue lines and feature the outer sides in the shape of a single reverse chevron. Beneath the yellow ribbon in the lower portion of the shield is a series of eight white stripes and seven red stripes. Under the entire shield design is a blue curved ribbon with the words "WE SERVE FORGOTTEN VETERANS" in white appearing inside the ribbon. Both left and right ends of the blue ribbon are also in the shape of a single reverse chevron. Grey shading appears along the right side of the shield, in the space between the yellow ribbon and its detached ends, partially around the detached ends of the yellow ribbon, and partially underneath the bottom portion of the blue ribbon. The remaining white in the mark represents background and/or shading that is not a part of the mark.
