The mark consists of The colors red and gold are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a logo and text. The logo is horse head facing left and its mane on the right, all inside of a square. The bone structure of the head is clearly outlined, with a prominent cheek, an eye, a jaw, a mouth, and two ears. The mane extends from between the horse's ears, with three strands of its mane facing upward and the remainder extending in a tapered and clockwise fashion, creating a circle that ends above the horse's ears. Below the logo are the phrases "APPELLATIONS CELLAR," "CEO," "NAPA VALLEY,""CABERNET SAUVIGNON" ,"RESERVER" and "FRENCH BARREL AGED", then a vintage year (in that order). The logo is foiled hot stamped and embossed in gold color . APPELLATIONS CELLAR are hot-stamp foiled in Gold and the text are white , while the background is red.
